HOMER LOSES LEG!

Dear Loyal Reader - whomever you are:

Yes, the much anticipated update of tuchband.com has hit the Web.  I guess you will notice the stark contrast to the old page.  Change is important, in the words of Chairman Mao, without change - things would be the same.

Lessons learned from the first edition of tuchband.com:
    1.  A web page is not a tool to promote interaction with friends and family.

    2.  There are a lot of Tuchbands out there looking for relatives.

    3.  A full time job doesn't leave time for creative Web work.

    4.  Nick still can't figure out how to turn on his computer.

    5.  Best to have an exciting opening line.

The new, exciting redesigned Web page will have one picture on the first page - like the one to the right.  A change in pictures means - the page has been updated and you won't have to wade through 20 pages looking for new stuff.  Links to other pages will be 90% pictures.  Gone will be the clever verbiage that was never very clever anyhow.  The link to "Old Pages" will have all the old stuff from the previous Web page - as well as old pictures.

This first update includes a lot of stuff from the last 8 months - future updates - if timely, should be more streamline.

Part of the job description includes Ice Maintenance
